haha glad I could give you an idea.
The best one to use if you don't want to be historically accurate, which I'm guessing you don't, is a slightly soft, bendy plastic boning, it's comfortable and not as hard to use as steel or bone :)
You can get it online easily or dress makers stores.

Oh that's great. Does she teach you?
I'm teaching myself which is not so great as I'm not a good student lol
I'm currently studying 18th century stays and panels.
Are you using boning in your corset?

Yep, I'm re making my main xena costume at the moment and the corset is the hardest part. Its a nightmare.
